First Official Meeting
A group of motivated individuals are looking to establish The Canterbury Wake club, this will be formally incorporated meaning there will be some clear rules around how it will be run in line with its mission statement.
The very first meeting will be held on Wednesday 12th June at 7:00pm in the Dunsandel Tavern Meeting Room (see map below). There legally needs to be at least 15 people in attendance to incorporate the club officially, so it would be fantastic to get as many of you all along as possible so that we can assure we can get this club off the ground and get some great input from everyone.
At present the individuals behind this are; Jess O’Connell, Steve Abley, LukeThomas, Craig Wright and Josiah Murray. Dave Evans has also expressed his intentions to be involved as well so we have got a good group so far but we are really keen to get as many people involved as possible, irrelevant of your wakeboarding knowledge or experience.
Please feel free to pass this knowledge on to anybody who you think might be interested in becoming a member of a friendly, family orientated wakeboard club.
